In order to reproduce your artwork with the highest quality possible, we’ll need your artwork in the following format: Electronic File: Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand or Corel Draw "EPS" files. Please include the font files when sending the EPS or convert text to outlines (curves/paths) in the program. We do not accept Photoshop or other raster based images. Important: Do not send art that has been “placed” in a program such as Word, Powerpoint, or QuarkXpress. Specify colors when sending art to be screened. Is all this over your head? Don’t have time to fuss with art files? Don’t fret. Just send us what you have and we can figure out how to get what you need in the format you need it. The first 30 minutes is on us. After that, we’ll provide you a quote with the costs involved to get it right. |

At Chameleon Creative Group, we strive to deliver quality product on time, every time. To help us reach this goal, we do business with many suppliers who have specific policies regarding “overruns” or “underruns.” In the printing business, the practice of over/underruns is very common and is a measure of quality control. It means that the final quantity of delivered product may vary a fraction over or under the quantity specified on the purchase order. As for Chameleon’s policy, we make a promise to our customers that we will never charge for overruns exceeding 5% of the total quantity indicated on the customer’s order confirmation. Likewise, in the case of underruns, clients will only be billed for the actual quantity of merchandise they receive. Many of our suppliers allow us to request “exact” quantities for a small fee. As is the case in many industries, each of our suppliers has a different policy. In an effort to keep it simple for our customers, Chameleon’s own policy is +/- 5%. However, on any order, we can confirm the exact policy of the supplier and if requested, we can order exact quantities. |
